How long does it take for items to ship?
All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail from Los Angeles, CA. Once payment is received, I'll generally try to ship out the item as soon as possible within 1-3 business days so you can get your item in a timely manner! Orders placed before 10pm PST Monday-Friday will ship with the next mail drop.

Once the item is shipped, you should receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and an order summary.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please account for possible delays due to customs. Tracking is included so you can keep track of your purchase.


Important note about Pre-Order items:
All orders containing pre-order items will ship once the item is in stock. That means if you order 1 in-stock item + a pre-order, your purchase will ship when the pre-order has arrived.

What methods of payment do you accept?
All orders are processed through Stripe which accepts all major credit cards. Paypal is also available if you prefer to use that. Your payment information is never stored and is safely protected.

What happens if my item arrives broken or damaged?
All items are sent carefully packaged in a padded bubble mailer for extra protection to ensure it arrives safely at it's destination. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact me and I will try to help!

Help! I've changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
Since I try to send out orders as quickly as possible, please contact me ASAP if you'd like to cancel your order or change any delivery details.

Do you wholesale?
Yes! If you're interested in being a stockist, please send an email with your company info to shop@lizzywatkins.com and we can talk :)

We do not accept returns except in the event that an item arrives damaged.
